Hotel Rositsa exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room, freshly renovated, struck the perfect balance between cleanliness and comfort. The proximity to the city limits was ideal as we were just passing through, and the peaceful atmosphere provided a much-needed rest during our journey.The staff at the front desk were exceptional, despite the language barrier, their warmth and helpfulness shone through. The added security measure of unlocking the door after 11 pm was reassuring. The convenience of having supermarkets and shops nearby, along with easy access to the city center, made our stay even more enjoyable.The presence of a supermarket next to the entrance, along with the availability of vending machines, made it convenient for quick snacks or necessities. The balcony in our room offered a lovely spot to unwind, and the 24-hour reception provided a sense of flexibility that was much appreciated. Although parking was limited, the option of private hotel parking was a bonus.Hotel Rositsa offered a seamless experience with thoughtful amenities like free WiFi and the snack bar. The en-suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries was a nice touch, and the availability of AC upon request added to the comfort of our stay. As a digital nomad exploring the Balkans, this accommodation in Veliko Tŭrnovo perfectly complemented our journey with its attentive service and convenient location.
